Close to beaches, shops, restaurants, internet cafe, marina, boat ramp, tennis courts, parks. Pool in complex, car space, security building. Quiet area. These units are situated in a peaceful area near the end of Soldiers Point. A short stroll (2-5 minutes) will take you to quiet beaches on both sides of the point, general store, internet cafe, take-away, restaurants, hair and beauty salon, massage and acupuncture centre, tennis courts, parks with play equipment, Soldiers Point Marina, boat ramp and Port Stephens Sailing Club. A short drive (5 minutes) will take you to Soldiers Point Bowling Club (bistro restaurant, entertainment, courtesy bus), Cornerstone Church (9.30 am service), Holbert's Oyster Farm, Salamander Bay shops ( wide range of shops / services including medical centre and petrol station). * Easy, picturesque drives (10-15 minutes) will take you to Nelson Bay, a large Salamander shopping complex, most beaches and tourist activities.

Port Stephens offers many choices of water activities - waterskiing, sailing, cruising, fishing, snorkelling, surfing, patrolled beaches, swimming, diving, boat hire, kayaking, fishing, fishing charters, golf, lawn bowls, dolphin & whale watching, arts/crafts, sand dunes safaris on quad bikes, ferry trips to Tea Gardens (a fantastic experience), cafes, restaurants, hotels, camel riding, Hunter Valley vineyard tours. Also, a visit to Port Stephens is not complete without experiencing the incredible 30 km stretch of sand dunes and beach of Stockton Beach via Anna Bay. Enjoy by 4wd, horse, camel, by foot, or even a quad bike. There are also 4 golf courses for the enthusiast, bushwalks & numerous dog friendly beaches and parks.
