We are situated on a narrow Peninsula with beaches on either side - Marina on opposite side where you can hire boats and where the best restaurant "The Point" in town is within walking distance. Take stunning walks, go swimming, fishing or kayaking. Golf course not far away and tennis courts for hire just nearby.

Local Attractions:

The are many choices of water activities - waterskiing, sailing, cruising, fishing, snorkelling, surfing, patrolled beaches, swimming, diving, boat hire, kayaking, fishing, fishing charters, golf, lawn bowls, dolphin & whale watching, arts/crafts, sand dunes safaris on quad bikes, ferry trips to Tea Gardens (a fantastic experience), cafes, restaurants, hotels, camel riding, Hunter Valley vineyard tours. Also, a visit to Port Stephens is not complete without experiencing the incredible 30 km stretch of sand dunes and beach of Stockton Beach via Anna Bay. Enjoy by 4wd, horse, camel, by foot, or even a quad bike. There are also 4 golf courses for the enthusiast, bushwalks & numerous dog friendly beaches and parks.

Getting There:

From Sydney by car take the F3 freeway, then follow Pacific Highway - Taree signs. After the Hexham bridge follow Nelson Bay signs until you reach a roundabout with signs to Salamander Bay. Follow the signs to Salamander Bay this will take you onto the Soldiers Point road which you follow righ to the end. Turn right into Mitchell Street. We are the second property on the right. Port Stephens Coaches leave Eddy Ave.Central Station in Sydney daily at 2.00 pm and can drop you off almost to our doorstep. There are many direct flights to our airport on a daily basis from capital cities. We do courtesy pick ups.
