Welcome to Ahoy There! Waterfront Bed and Breakfast at leafy Soldiers Point, a quiet unspoiled corner of sparkling Port Stephens.
We call it a B&B because we throw in a yummy continental breakfast, but in reality Ahoy There! is a happy 3 bedroom beach house.
Our rooms are never let individually.
The private duplex is fully yours to enjoy, with one of the biggest decks around, peaceful water views that go on for miles, a few dolphins out the back and a resident koala named Loompa.
Ahoy There! is brand new, fresh and fun: brilliant for families and heaven for couples and honeymooners… all within a few minutes of Nelson Bay’s glorious beaches, clubs and bustling shops and restaurants.
We came here ourselves for a weekend away and never went home. Now here’s your own chance to experience Port Stephens’ brightest and newest self-contained holiday accommodation.

We’ve got three generous bedrooms, two full bathrooms, lounge room, family room, fully self-contained kitchen and laundry, and did we mention that deck?
Main bedroom: Taking up the entire front of the house, offering a Queen sized bed with views across the bay, large private balcony, ensuite bathroom and luxury 1000 thread count sheets.
Second bedroom: Queen sized bed with water glimpses, 1000 thread count sheets and ensuite
Third bedroom: Spacious bright room with two single beds and ensuite.
Also available: two single fold-out beds, baby cot, child safety gates, change table, high chair.
Rates include 6 guests, up to two extra guests may be accommodated at $25 per person per night.
Single foldout style bedding.
Ahoy There sleeps a maximum of 8.
Cot hire: $10 per night

Cancellations:
Please give as much notice as possible of cancellation. Full refund is given for more than 5 days notice. 20% of total accommodation charge is payable if 2-5days notice given. 50% of total accommodation charge is payable if less than 48 days notice is given.
The administration fee on refunds is AU$20.00

Ahoy There! Waterfront Bed & Breakfast is not your average B&B. For a start, you’re not walking through someone else’s home.
Ahoy There! is a fully self-contained three-bedroom duplex… separate and private with one of the most spectacular outdoor decks in the bay.
We’re right here on waterfront reserve enjoying stunning water views, with nothing but a few koala-studded gum trees between home and the water’s edge.
Once you’ve got everything you need, we leave you to it.

Port Stephens offers many choices of water activities - waterskiing, sailing, cruising, snorkelling, surfing, patrolled beaches, swimming, diving, boat hire, kayaking, fishing, fishing charters, golf, lawn bowls, dolphin & whale watching, arts/crafts, sand dunes safaris on quad bikes, ferry trips to Tea Gardens (a fantastic experience), cafes, restaurants, hotels, camel riding, Hunter Valley vineyard tours.
Also, a visit to Port Stephens is not complete without experiencing the incredible 30 km stretch of sand dunes and beach of Stockton Beach via Anna Bay.
Enjoy by 4wd, horse, camel, by foot, or even a quad bike.
There are also 4 golf courses for the enthusiast, bushwalks & numerous dog friendly beaches and parks.
