Children & Extra Guest Policy:

Extra guests are charged $20A & $20C per night and is a comfortable rollaway/existing bedding. Child rate is for children under 12. Cot hire available on request prior to arrival and is payable directly to property.

Reception Information:

Colonial Ridge Resort's reception hours are from 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday & 8am to 7pm Friday. 9am to 5pm Saturday. Sunday and public holidays.Late fee of $20 applies if arriving outside of office hours. For check in after 5pm, please notify the Resort prior to arrival using the telephone number on your confirmation email for instructions. The Resort requires credit card details and photo ID at check in for security purposes

Car Parking:

One car space is provided per cottage free of charge. Stack parking is not permitted at those cottages with their own carport. Extra spaces are available in parking areas within the property.

The are many choices of water activities - waterskiing, sailing, cruising, fishing, snorkelling, surfing, patrolled beaches, swimming, diving, boat hire, kayaking, fishing, fishing charters, golf, lawn bowls, dolphin & whale watching, arts/crafts, sand dunes safaris on quad bikes, ferry trips to Tea Gardens (a fantastic experience), cafes, restaurants, hotels, camel riding, Hunter Valley vineyard tours. Also, a visit to Port Stephens is not complete without experiencing the incredible 30 km stretch of sand dunes and beach of Stockton Beach via Anna Bay. Enjoy by 4wd, horse, camel, by foot, or even a quad bike. There are also 4 golf courses for the enthusiast, bushwalks & numerous dog friendly beaches and parks.

Getting There:

From Sydney: Colonial Ridge Resort is a relaxing 2 1/2 hour drive from Sydney. Follow the F3 Freeway to the end, turn right at roundabout,head North and cross over the Hexham Bridge, take the first turn on your right towards Williamtown then follow the signs to Nelson Bay. Turn left towards Salamander Bay at Port Stephens Drive, then left into Soldiers Point Rd. We are then approx 1km from the turn off, on your left(past the local shops).
