24 HOUR UPON REQUEST
We understand that many smaller-sized properties (like Boutique Hotels & B&B’s) are reluctant to make their limited number of rooms available for online booking. In the past, this has made online hotel reservation systems inaccessible to these types of properties. The BookPortStephems.com system solves this issue by offering a 24-hour automatic “Accept or Reject” response option, via email/SMS/Text, for those Suppliers who are unable to provide inventory.
Then, an email/sms/text is sent to the supplier notifying them of the booking request. Once the supplier accepts booking, the full amount is automatically debited from the card, and confirmations are sent back to you, the supplier and the customer. Rejected transactions are voided with the client being offered an alternative.
